“Aj's is the BEST! The owner Raymond the definition of integrity and the soul example of a good-hearted person. As a woman I'm always skeptical about going to any car lot/shop with any issues for my car. Whereas I feel it will be the perfect opportunity for those type of places to "slide in extra charges without me knowing" I never got that feeling or perception from this place. Raymond gave me a price and a time that he would have my car ready and that didn't change. Now the time frame went a little past expected, mainly due to the weather but that turned out not to be such a bad thing. The owner decided to fix some additional damage at no cost to me for my troubles. In addition to pretty much returning my car back to me in pristine condition he provided a loaner car to me while my car was getting repaired. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!! Good people, good business and great customer service still do exist!”

I come with a reasonable offer and want to know if it is doable. If not, I am happy to walk out. Well, for some reason I always get cut on the same trap. Nevertheless, Audi Plano was better than most. They are respectful and provide a very good service. It is a tough competition on the luxury car market so I always expect them to go above and beyond. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Will you need patience as in most car buying deals? Absolutely. Could never give 5 stars to any dealer but this one gets 4 when I would give most a 2.”
