I found Christian Brother Automotive after a random search on the web because I was completely frustrated with my regular garage and needed a second opinion. It only took 1 phone call with Austin to make me realize that I had found a good place to come to. Austin has superior customer service skills and I could feel the anxiety draining away after 1 conversation. “A super dealership. I was traveling through Boerne when my pickup broke down. I called Cavender Chevrolet service and talked to Gino. He offered to come get me but since I was pulling a trailer, I that would not work. I made it to the dealership and then had no way to get home. One of their mechanics, Jacob, lived in the same town we were headed to and took us home in his personal truck. We came back to the dealership the next day to see what they found out on my pickup. Mechanic Jace determined the problem and had to overnight parts to fix it. I had left my trailer at the dealership and now I need to get it home before the rain that was coming that night. Mariam, the service manager said not to worry that she would take care of us. She found Daniel in sales and he pulled our trailer home with his personal truck. This is the type of dealership I want to deal with. A team effort. Everyone did their part, did it well, and took care of the customer. Other dealerships should take note. Without customers, there is no dealership.”

Hover board is still in good condition and even took time to show me how to calibrate the Hover board as well. He is very friendly and has a great personality. I picked this place because even though there were one 21 reviews they were all 5 stars and I can see why. It was a 1 week estimate which turned into 2 because the place he gets his parts from wasn't holding up to their end to get parts for him on time. Roger was very quick and effective with communicating back on the updates and to make up for the delay which he did not have to do, his team did an AMAZING job cleaning the inside that had many years of soda stains from my kids. Roger and his Triumph team really went above and beyond for me with quality service that you just don't really see.
