“Warren is a very knowledgeable guy about Porsches (air/water cooled). Also “Junior” (Evaristo) did an excellent job replacing the ignition coils and spark plugs of my 997 C2S. Warren also did a detailed inspection of the car (as I commented that was recently purchased the car). They checked in and out, above and below, including running a diagnostic for codes in the DME and reading ranges of engine revs. All in all the inspection came clear and nice. Car runs really well now. Those guys are good about fixing Porsches, and labor prices are reasonable (I purchased the parts myself). I highly recommend this small shop, and looking forward to count on them for any repair or maintenance required.”

“The windshield replacement was successfully completed. However, there were a couple of hiccups along the way. The first issue was that nobody showed up on the first appointment during the 4 hour window that was set up. When I tried to reach them, I couldn't get through as the phone kept going straight to voicemail (this was the 2nd issue). Finally, I remembered I had the owner's (Norm) mobile in my call logs, and I was able to reach him. He was unaware of either of these problems, but when he found out, he resolved both issues along with giving me a credit for my inconvenience. We re-schedule the appointment, and everything worked out. What made all of this work is Norm's understanding of the problems and his willingness to make it right. I recommend to use this company for windshield repair.”
