“Always come here. I washed my car on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019 and the machine didn’t give me a receipt. So I went today to get a simple rain check however the attendant couldn’t make good on my rain check because I didn’t have a receipt. The manager wasn’t there at the time. Shouldn’t they be able to find it by license plate? Let me know.”

“Ok, my previous review was a 1 due to some high prices and an arrogant staff. But that all changed today due to two really great people. In particular Rosemary (i believe that is her name) who works in the kitchen/pizza area. I am not a meat eater and first tried getting a meat-free breakfast sandwich at the nearby Corner Store but they don't make any sandwiches there so I decided to try Bucky's. They didn''t have any meat-free either but since they make the sandwiches there Rosemary was very happy to make me a breakfast sandwich with some veggies instead of meat. I know she didn't have to since it is not on the menu but she was very helpful and accomidated my special request. How great was that! And then Angela was a sweetheart checking out my special request sandwiches which are not on the keyboard. So Bucky's won a convert thanks to Rosemary and Angela. I wonder if Bucky's management appreciates how important having great people is to their success ....”

“Its was very packed today. Overall i would say the staff are friendly and they are certainly efficient at getting cars through despite how crowed it was. I have never had a bad experience at this car wash. I only got the basic package today "the Parrot" but they still did a great job for $13.00 or half off if you print out a coupon. Would definitely recommend checking out their specials and they do a great job on the full auto details.”

“Had a rough day and the staff here was very very helpful. Great service. I was robbed and left stranded here with a dead phone so I got help from staff to get my phone on to call a ride. I was still there around 1140pm yesterday and my day could’ve gotten much much worse. I Just wanted to post a review asking people to be careful because I was outside and someone offered me a ride but I didn’t take it. It was a long horrible day and I Took two sips from a drink they had and there was definitely a tranquilizer drug or something crazy in it. Please don’t talk to strangers or take anything from them around that area especially if they drive a blue truck. I’m very lucky. This can happen to anyone and I’m hoping to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I’m pretty sure I was given ghb. It was very strong. I took two sips of his bud light beer and within ten minutes I was very intoxicated. I’m lucky my ride showed up when they did. Besides the customer that did that to me the gas station was very helpful and patient with me and they made my day a lot better just by being nice and having empathy.”

“We took our van into Krest a few days ago. Where do I even start? From the moment we arrived, customer service was top notch. I was met right away by a very kind and friendly woman. She asked what I needed done and recommended their Platinum wash. She said it would be done around 4pm. I was then called around 345 to let me know my car was ready! When I arrived I was greeted by wonderful people, all with smiles on their faces. I felt truly comfortable! The car was PERFECT. It shined on the outside and all was cleaned and vacuumed on the inside. Honestly it was the best car wash I have ever received!!! It’s rare you find a place with top notch customer service, amazing results and wonderful pricing. I will be a regular customer here and I suggest you all do the same!!”

“Went and got a car wash and then when I got home I found out my front UK license plate was ripped off and cracked in half. I am not saying that is fully their fault but rather the customer service I received is the reason for the one star review. I went back once I noticed, and filled a complaint with the manager and they said they would see what they could do about it. Especially as it held sentimental value and would be difficult to replace. Anyways after week and weeks of no contact I emailed HQ and informed them of the situation. With in a day or two got an email back saying something along the lines of thanks for contacting us, hope we resolve your issue. WHAT!!!! I haven’t even talked to anyone at HQ, and I don’t see any compensation, how do you define this resolved!!!! Something is messed up with there way they treat customers. I wouldn’t sign any monthly contract them after this experience! And trust me I tell this story to everyone that mentioned their name! If you don’t mind damage to your car, and no one taking responsibility, be my guest and get your car washed there! **** updated. After posting this they called me quickly and were very willing to work with me to. The manager that took my complaint in the beginning called me and apologized for not following up. She was even willing to pay for a new plate. But as I have already replaced it, we worked something else out. I changed the review from 1 star to 4 stars. Due to being willing to work with me!”

“Normally the staff is very friendly and courteous. Since the change in management the tea dispensers are not kept serviceable. The last time i was in the area i asked the someone about tea? The employee motioned as if to address the concern, stopped and said it would take too long to make and continued to oversee an employee at the register. When I realized nothing was going to be done I left. I had to go to the Circle K store at Louetta Rd and TC Jester Blvd for unsweet tea. Most corner stores have tea dispensers but some corner stores it seems no one is diligent about making tea.”

“This car wash uses a very well maintained PDQ Laserwash 4000 touch free car wash with Laserdry dryers. Top was is $10. I have been coming here for years as this wash is always working well and has excellent soap coverage. Tri-foam works well and all rinse cycles work well. I'd highly recommend going out of your way to visit this specific wash if you want a touch free car wash.”
