“Plenty of room, not all jammed up to the trailer next to you. Concrete pads for trailer and truck parking. All the grass is mowed regular and trimmed around your trailer. Nice laundry room and bath house and a convenience store onsite. Also have propane filling station and reasonably priced. Real nice folks that manage the place. Monthly rate is about an average rate, there are cheaper places around and a couple that are higher in price. Some lots have nice shade trees and others without if you'd prefer not to be under a tree. Looks like there may be a few permanent residence but all are kept up nice and clean.”

“This is my favorite gas station in the neighborhood. It has an awesome meat market with the best cuts, and really high quality stuff. Not cheap, but worth it. Also, their fast food kitchen is a plus. Their burgers and burritos are really good. Give it a try if you're driving by. You won't be disappointed.”

“Gas station and convenience store with the deli. Easy to see from the main road. Large clean dice parking lot. Handicapped parking handicap ramp and easy access into the building. Nice clean restrooms. A very clean and nice store. it has a lot of items and also sells beer. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. They were very friendly inside. They also sell lottery tickets and have a deli with a lot of different types of food. If you like my reviews please leave me a thumbs up it helps a lot. Thanks”
