Dental office are always so cold but with the heated massage chairs I stayed comfortable. The assistant was very nice and attentive. “I have high dental anxiety...when I visited this establishment they actually had to wait for my heart rate to go down...its bad anxiety. However, dr Neville was honest, upfront, careful, and precise. I ended up having to get a crown lengthening performed and he walked me through the procedure and was honest that it may not work (it ended up working great!) but that the procedure wasn’t a sure thing. He at no point tried to force me into making a decision and was honest concerning the outcome. My procedure went great and dr Neville kept me informed throughout. Recovery was a breeze. I ended up getting to keep my tooth and did not require further treatment. After all this, my insurance company gave us the run around but dr Neville and his excellent staff worked with me through it all and communicated with my insurance until they paid for the service. I can not recommend this establishment enough! Excellent customer service and care at each stage of the process.”

“I've been working with Packard Family Orthodontics for years, and I can't imagine a more welcoming, accommodating and genuine staff. I have always been tense in situations where people mess with my teeth, but the staff who helped me through my orthodontia journey and applied/adjusted/removed anything on my teeth were extremely helpful in making the experience as comfortable for me as it could be. Packard is also very open and happy to explain the pros and cons of different treatment options, as well as how orthodontic techniques/tools work. These people are not trying to trick you out of your money, or torture your teeth, ,they really want what's best for your health and confidence, and it shows in everything they do.”

“In my 32 years this is the best dentist office I have visited. They know how to schedule appointments so that the wait time is extremely minimal and the visits are quick, but comprehensive. The Dentist here is not concerned with financing his next boat. He will be perfectly up front telling you he is concerned about your wallet when making decisions and only recommends action be taken when it absolutely must be. “I was seen promptly and everyone with whom I came in contact was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Yes, I was seen promptly. The hygienist, while nice and efficient, never introduced herself to me, which is unprofessional. Also she made a mistake by overcharging me by $72, which I said was not correct, but she insisted it was because I was overdue in having my teeth cleaned. It was straightened out at the front desk where it was discovered that the hygienist put in the wrong code. If I had not said anything I would be out $72.”
