I have been Dr. Vu's patient for about 28 years. I started coming to him when he was the only Rheumatologist in the northeast area. I can't count the number of medications and injections I have been on. The medications take several months before they really start to work . It is very frustrating I know, but all people are different. Dr. Vu and his staff have always been there for me when I need them. “He’s been my daughters dentist since she was 1. I will never forget when she was 4 she had two cavities & Dr Flietes let me know ahead of time if it’s more than what he’s willing to do (such as more major like surgery, putting to sleep, etc) he does not do that there because “I want kids to know the dentist isn’t a scary place, at least not my place (LOL) and one thing I will never do is traumatize a child.” He’s upheld those words for 10 years. Every appointment is a 5 star from every staff member. He knows what customer service means & I’ve never encountered anything but kindness from Dr Flietes & staff! I think the longest we’ve ever waited to be seen was like 7 minutes. So appointments are scheduled to where you’re basically seen on arrival. I love that. My daughter is 11 & she sees him twice a year. Now he sees my 1 year old son.”
