“Cannot recommend this place enough! Especially PA Lauren Stein! We had a scare with my three year old one early morning and went to an ER and they were extremely unhelpful and rude. In desperation, I called Northeast pediatrics in Castroville (very helpful and sweet whoever was on the phone) and they got me an appointment that afternoon! Lauren Stein is so caring, sweet, and attentive. Never rushed us, and was determined to find answers! She was also so knowledgeable and helped me understand a lot! We’ve been here a lot the last week doing tests and finding answers, and she is always happy to help! It’s been so nice knowing I have someone as knowledgeable as her on my childrens side! And, I must compliment the nurses. Inbetween moving and changing insurances, I missed some of my youngest child’s immunization and had quite a bit. They offered to have me break it up, but for personal reasons I chose to do it all then. I’ve had a nurse go quite slow with the needles before and was afraid it’d happen again (I asked this time and they said this nurse is quick). I’m happy to say she was amazingly quick! My one year old cried for like a minute, which is the least he’s ever cried with shots. Overall, very pleased with this team and their care for my children.”
