“We love our orthopedic specialists here. The only issue is that the address is wrong. I've contacted Cooks Children's about it and no one has responded to me so I'm posting here so others can see. The parking lot for the specialist clinic is not in the same parking lot as urgent care. Specialist and urgent care are in the same building but the parking and seperate entrance for the specialists is off of Prestige Street. The doors for urgent care don't open till 11am. So if you have a specialist appointment before 11am, you have to go in the specialist entrance which is on the other side of the building from urgent care. I hope this helps someone because it was really irritating strolling my toddler who was in a body cast all the way around the building because Cooks put the address and entrance in wrong both on Google and on their website. The staff also get calls about this all the time and they have to spend too much of their time explaining it to people on the phone when they are also checking in patients. That waste of time on the part of management and administration is really disappointing especially when I'm not the only one who has tried to address this issue. Cooks.....get it together....fix the address....fix the entrance location on maps.”

I had a late afternoon appointment and prepared myself as if I was going in for surgery. After they found out I had a driver and hadn't eaten it drank anything they took them bad boys out. My mouth was like a race car and they were the pit crew with how fast and precise they were. They put me in a deep sleep and had my wisdom teeth out in about 30 minutes. I have been putting this off for about 15 years because I am terrified of the dentist. The whole team made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I am now 5 days post op and feel great! The team of Harrison Vaughn (General Manager) and Chuck Huffman (sales) knocked it out of the park. This was my first purchase here and I plan on coming back. 2. Ordered a Ranch Hand grill guard for the new truck through the dealership. Benny in parts kept me posted on its order status and made arrangements for it to be installed in a timely manner that fit my work schedule. Very much appreciated. 3. Giant "kudos" to Harrison Vaughn and the dealership for providing a shuttle service for customers. Due to the shuttle service I didn't have to take off any work time in getting my grill guard installed. I know nothing is "free" so I appreciate Harrison putting out the budget to make this happen. 3a. The shuttle driver, Aaron, was a really professional and enjoyable person to be around. He is a "get things done right" kind of guy who got me where I needed to when I needed to. Excellent driver as well (my background is military and LE so I'm not usually comfortable with other people driving). Hat's off to Aaron. 4.
