“I have read the previous review and have to say the following- I went to Dr. Saadi for a nerve issue in both of my arms but predominantly my right due to it being my dominant hand. Dr. Saadi was intelligent and knew right away what was causing the numbness. He explained my options, and suggested a nerve conduction study. I appreciate that he explained my options and clarified it was a non-surgical issue at the current time but was sympathetic and compassionate. Having general knowledge of the medical field and understanding of the current issues relating to health care/insurance coverage in today’s time, I knew my benefits and co-pay in advance and had no issue or surprises with my insurance. I believe that the previous review is a bit misplaced and should be directed towards their insurance carrier and not Dr. Saadi or his staff. Healthcare is definitely in need of reform but I would encourage you to take your issues to the polls instead of Google.”

“Going to see a cardiologist when you know you’re having an issue is not un-stressful. However, from the moment that I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment that I stepped out the door I had a fantastic experience. The staff was all very cordial. They were running a few minutes late, but were very apologetic. (Seriously though, who goes to a doctors appointment these days and expects to be seen exactly on time? I was seen very close to my appointment time.) I love the text messages and emails to remind me of my appointment… Because, sometimes life gets in the way and it’s nice to have a gentle reminder. The doctor spoke very clearly and use terms that I could completely understand, he made me laugh, and I felt completely at ease. I’m happy that he’s going to be doing my procedure really soon!”
