This is not to say I was rushed through, but that the procedures and paperwork were well designed and efficient and the staff were on top of things. The audiologist (I may have the title wrong) who administered the hearing test was kind and thorough and the doctor I saw afterward was efficient and to the point but not unfriendly. He made sure my questions were answered. If I need an ENT in the future I am certainly comfortable coming back here.”
