I told her I was trying to match my then-lightened orangish hair to my light brown roots. After trying a toner which didn't take, she took extra time [even when the business was packed due to the Plano location AC being out], and redid my hair until it was done right. She matched it perfect, and I am so happy with it. No stylist has been able to match my hair color so well. I will most certainly be a regular to get any color services I need done from now on.
