“Absolutely loved the staff here. From the first person you speak to, to the aides, and ultimately the doctors. Dr. Nettune was in charge of my PRK procedure and he was excellent. Currently seeing 15/15 on the charts after previously having massive amounts of astigmatism. I called with dozens of questions (both before surgery and after) and the staff patiently and kindly answered everything with a genuine interest. I never felt like "just another patient." Highly recommend.”

Breakfast was slight( covid) Omelet, Oatmeal, Sausage Cheese biscuit, cereal and All juice choices/ Coffee Very pleasant stay and the African American guy ( staff/ cook/bartender) sorry I forget his name- was so helpful with vacation activities and what's what! Please let him know that our family gave him a shout out for his kindness! ( From the Family/Lady that missed the beach on Sunday🤣)”

“We first met Dr.Hey when my son had to have surgery at MCA. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained everything he would be doing during the surgery. After the surgery, he came out and explained everything again. A couple of weeks later we visited his office in Ft.Worth for my son’s follow up appointment. The staff was kind and courteous. Dr.Hey was also kind and courteous, and everything went well with the appointment. I absolutely love that they are a Christian practice. The only thing I didn’t like is that we had quite a long wait. Our appointment time was 11:30, and it was 12:30 before we were seen. I don’t know if it was just an off day since this was our first visit to the office. My son goes back in April, and hopefully our wait won’t be as long. Other than the wait, everything went great and I would definitely recommend Dr.Hey and DFW Urology.”
