Some doctors make me wonder why they went into pediatrics, but Dr. Bauer always enters with a smile and seems to truly enjoy working with children. He is direct, a clear communicator and has a good sense of humor, something my daughter and I appreciate. He knows what he's doing and is matter of fact about options and next steps, even when they are hard to hear.
