“Fantastic experience from start to finish. They had listed a (barely) used guitar I've been drooling over for a while on a third-party website at a reasonable cost. I called the store beforehand as I'd be coming in from Austin, and Mike held the item for me. There were a billion amps available to test the guitar through, and each department throughout the store looked to have an impressive selection of new and used gear. In the same transaction, I also sold several pieces and got a satisfactory return toward my purchase. It was quite busy in the store on this Saturday but the employees were helpful, professional and efficient as could be. I highly recommend!”

Javier worked with us and was very patient and explained everything. We looked at 2 phones iPhone 8 and 8 plus. Just didn't want to go to AT&T, our phone provider. It took a while but that was expected but was worth it.”
