Then continued to educate and help us purchase our TV and even took the time to help us narrow down a sound system. We have shopped at best buy in the Woodlands for years and everyone has been helpful but never have we experienced the customer service that Neil offered tonight. We kept him there after closing as he continued to answer our questions with kindness and enthusiasm.
