The 2 MA’s were super sweet. The icing on the cake though was Dr. Andrea Deaton she made me feel incredibly comfortable she’s extremely knowledgeable and has amazing bedside manner. “My dear friend had encountered several ok to sub par San Antonio hospices before finding Guiding Light, we met with Dan who sold me with his honesty and didnt over promise or set expectations they may not keep as many do! My freind is not the easiest to care for and finally needed a placment out of the home. They helped us to find a place unfortunatly this small family care home was determined unsafe within weeks of her arrival there, being short staffed and unregulated, and urgent replacement was needed. They pulled together as a team and in my 30 years as a previous hospice director they truly impressed me and her son -they found a safe place for her in under 24hrs. I would highly recommend the coordination and care shown by this hospice to others seeking a safe place for a family member to spend their remainder of their time on earth with.
