They took the time to make sure they got all the information they needed. The doctor I saw was awesome. She was patient and listen to me without ANY judgment at all. ( I have bad habits that I need to change 😉🙂) She was through and professional WITHOUT being cold or condescending towards me. “I will be honest, when my boyfriend started with CrossFit JWD I was nervous and didn’t want to join. He convinced me to come just once… Johan was so helpful. I didn’t know anything on my first day and Johan spent majority of the class 1 on 1 helping me learn the proper movements and form. I cancelled my other gym membership shortly after that and don’t miss a day at CrossFit unless I HAVE to! I love the small family atmosphere. I have made some great friends and really hit a bunch of my fitness goals with CrossFit JWD!! 10/10 would recommend working out with Johan”

“I have been so impressed with the friendly and caring service my brother is receiving from everyone here beginning with the chef Gabby who personally came to ask him about his diet and then went and shopped for him to accommodate his vegan diet! The nutritionist Maggie, the OT and the PT, the nursing staff...just everyone! The place is newer and clean. Rooms are nice. He is able to rest and get the services he needs to get home.
