“We looked into this facility when looking for a place to relocate my uncle. It was a very nice location. Well staffed and the nurses desk is in the middle and can see clearly down each hallway which I liked. They give their patients options for lunch and dinner and have a beverage bar which was awesome. The residents seemed very happy. Unfortunately they did not a accept my uncle because they don't often accept MR (mental retardation) patients even though he is elderly and does not have behavior issues.”

“Dr. Hermann and his staff are incredible! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he takes his time with each patient to educate which is so helpful. I met with other doctors but they were all in it for the money and it was evident, this was quite the opposite because Dr. Hermann is passionate about what he does and truly wants his patients to be happy. When I met with other doctors they were willing to do procedures that I didn’t even need, however Dr. Hermann gave me his honest opinion and only did what he (and I) felt best. Now I did see other reviews mentioning wait times in his office… try to be patient! This isn’t a large office with a lot of staff, is smaller and more intimate which is much better! You get to know the staff and they get to know you, you’ll see how much they truly care and go above and beyond. If you’re looking for cosmetic procedures look no further!”

I've been seeing her and Pam (office manager extraordinaire) for over a decade now and she's been a lifesaver. Her ability to handle my ADHD is truly impressive, which is no easy feat considering my brain is like a squirrel on a caffeine high. But seriously, Dr. Pierce is so good that it's almost unfair. She's like a superhero, a kind and caring addition to my life; but instead of saving the world from evil villains, she saves me from my own scatterbrained tendencies. One time, she even managed to fill my prescription while she was on a cruise in the middle of the ocean. Talk about dedication! The only downside is that she's so popular that it can be tough to become her patient. But trust me, it's worth the wait. So if you're looking for a therapist who will go above and beyond for you, give Dr. Pierce a call. Five stars, no question.”
