“I am someone who has struggled with my weight my whole life and have always been a bigger girl. 6 months ago I decided to make a change for my health and start taking better care of myself. I had reached a point in the last month that I really was struggling with accountability and continuing to come up with exercises without having to do all of the research myself. I had a friend recommend F45 because they had a good experience there. When I drove up the first time, I almost turned around because I had never done anything like this. I am someone who has spent her whole life staying away from places like this out of fear that I wouldn't be accepted or supported. Let me just say that this was the complete opposite of my experience and I am so glad that I took the leap to try something new. I walked in and Mike immediately made me feel welcome. Each trainer working there is certified and has the knowledge to work with you on your individual needs. Even though it is a circuit and everyone is doing the same thing, the environment is extremely supportive and they will accommodate any exercise for your needs. I am one year postpartum from a c-section and they have been wonderful about helping me the way that I need it. Each class is set up with two to three trainers so there is constant support and they push you when you need it, but also modify when you need it as well. Their goal is to have you get the most out of your 45 minutes with great form and doing things on your own level. I could not recommend this place enough. As someone who was scared of places like this, who lives in a bigger body, is dealing with changes after having a baby, and who desperately needed accountability.... THIS HAS BEEN MY SAVING GRACE. I promise you will not regret doing this for yourself. This community is one of a kind!”

“I love Dr. Thai! I normally hop around from optometrist to optometrist because my prescription changed so much anyways. I feel like nobody can ever actually get it right, or care to. That stops at Dr. Thai. I think we went through 4-5 different contacts and played around with prescriptions that would best suit me. She genuinely cared to get it right and didn’t seem annoyed at all! I actually felt comfortable telling her about the fit and comfort of each one (or lack thereof). She’s thorough, kind and super friendly! The office is clean and new, the staff listens and is personable. I found it cheaper to order through them than other online contact stores, and they are fast. I went in for an appointment on Tuesday and received my contacts by Friday. Even though we moved father away, Dr.Thai and the Eyediology staff is worth the drive for us.”

“This place was clean and quiet. When we went the unused equipment was being cleaned and sanitized which was nice to see. Everyone for the most part was just doing them and minding their business which I love in a gym, nothing is more annoying than working out in a gym where everyone is just staring at each other. “Ne advised they are requiring that you wear a mask. No longer have to wear one on a plane but have to in an open space…UGH. Hard to type with fogged up glasses. Lol Entrance staff spoke so low I had trouble hearing her to answer her questions. Inside is clean and nice. I was told by ARA my MDs office had called on a verbal order as the one they faxed in was not signed and I could come in this am. So I came in when they opened and was told to wait as the order was unsigned?????? The intake lady got in touch with them and get the issue resolved. Inside was kind of crowded. About 12 people waiting. Wait time was 30 minutes before they took me back. My X-ray only took a few minutes. X-ray tech was awesome, friendly and efficient! I would recommend them”
