“Me and my husband have known Dr Shaikh for past 8 years. He did cath for both me and my husband. He put stents as well. Every time I talk to him he puts me at ease and explain everything at length. He has excellent knowledge and makes extra effort for us to understand. I have his cell phone which he always respond whenever I need him and his staff. I love Dr Shaikh and his office environment. “The team here is amazing!! The nurses were the most caring nurses I have ever had. They were so sweet and helpful pre-op and especially post-op. The anesthesiologist was hilarious and helped calm any nerves I had. He was very informative about what he was doing and why, and he listened when I needed additional things. The CSR had to check me in before 6am and she was bright and cheerful. Helped with all the financial questions we had and then some. She even brought my mom coffee while she waiting. Overall the whole team made this a great experience for me. Surgery isn’t fun nor is it easy on the body, but they all helped insure that I was comfortable and tried their best to make it a easy process for me.”

“If I could rate NTSC 10 stars I would. Not sure why the bad ratings, however, I do understand that everybody's experience is different. In sharing mine, I found from the moment I pre-registered online, til the day of my surgery on 7/13/22 and even after, I have received nothing short of EXCELLENT & EXEMPLEMARY service! On the day of my service, the receptionist whose name I failed to obtain was very courteous and pleasant. Nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling welcome! I was informed prior to the day of surgery that everything would take about 3-4 hours, so I expected the wait, especially realizing I was not the only one walking through their doors. But the efficiency in which all of the staff and nurses operated within, without forgoing friendliness, courtesy, empathy and kindness was absolutely amazing! This was my first time here and of course I was nervous, but all of the staff was so personable, putting me at ease, yet still maintaining their professionalism. The nurses, I encountered, Courtney, Jenifer, Kelby, Cary, Andrea, Lala, Marisela, were equally attentive. They kept checking to see if I was alright, whether I needed anything, a warm blanket, etc. They kept me informed every step of the way. by letting me know what they were doing and what came next. Their caring kindness, put me at ease while I waited for surgery! My eye is on the mend and healing well. After the cataract surgery, I did not experience any pain. Other than my eye being patched and feeling a little groggy, I didn't even know I was done. I cannot say enough about Dr. Andy Lee! He is an "Amazing" Opthamologist who really cares about the health and eye care of his patients. Last, I thank NTSC for the follow up call a day after surgery to check on me.”

“I really appreciate the professional help Dr Blocker provided trying to get through a difficult situation while getting a third class medical. As a senior, 74 years old, I thought it would be fun to fly again before my time was up. It had been years since I had flown, but I was in excellent health and I thought the medical would be a snap. Wrong! Due to some previous minor problems and sleep apnea the FAA was requiring several cardiologist forms. It was also necessary for me to get a seat pap machine. After waiting seven months for a NFAA OK, I was surprised to get a letter from them wanting even further tests. After 10 months from the time I first was examined, hopefully the FAA will be satisfied. The whole ordeal was something I wasn’t expecting, but when Dr Blocker was my medical examiner, guided me through the whole process. Dr. Blocker assembled all the test results and submitted them to the FAA. I’d personally like to thank Dr Blocker for his patience and dedication.”

“This Walgreens is very nice, the staff always says hello when I walk in. The pharmacist Edward is amazing. Yes, the pharmacy is busy. However, there has been an apartment complex built right behind there and that has increased the wait in line inside and the drive through. I have always been treated nicely by the pharmacy staff. Let me tell you, working in a pharmacy is a thankless job. Problems with insurance, their registers going down, having a large community of people to service, none of those things are to blame on Walgreens or it’s staff. Please think before you review.”
