No more towels no more 24 7 gym service talks of increasing gym fees even though less and less is being provided. Front desk help is phenomenal but you can find better for less. I used this gym for about 5 years and came back now I don't think I will be staying.”

There are not many chiropractors who have the ability to adjust you while on your stomach (he has a special table). Now I take my daughter (since she was just a few weeks old) and she LOVES it. “Great experience! Ella was pleasant, attentive and gave me great tips and suggestions. She is more interested in repeat business than selling you some sort of ridiculously expensive package. I needed a same day appointment. She fit me in on a Saturday. Make sure to call as she doesn't see email request for appointments immediately. She also communicates via text which is a bonus! Her focus is skincare. She doesn't do injectables. She's ideal for treating active acne breakouts and scarring, brightening, fine lines, improving texture and overall skin appearance. She offers sculpting services, enzyme treatments, peels and several different types of micro needling procedures. I really enjoyed my experience. I had a deluxe hydra facial which took a little over an hour to complete. I've had many hydra facials in my lifetime and her hydra facial is much more thorough with newer technology and serums. I already scheduled my next visit. I love supporting local small businesses. The suite location was a tad confusing. Her suite is located at the back of the building. I'm attaching photos to help. She's great. A wonderful experience.”

Not only is he an amazing trainer but he has become a friend as well. Initially we discussed my goals and he came up with a nutrition plan and work out plan for me. He got a feel for my level on the first workout and we have increased and progressed every day since. Each time we work out he pushes me to do “just one more than last time.” If I ask to try something new, we try it. In the time I have been working with him I have seen amazing results.
