She does a fantastic job of talking you through a session, of cheering you on when you come to a realization on your own or helping to guide you along the way. Even when it comes to "tough love" she really handles that with care. Her staff is so caring attentive. Rob is very responsive about any scheduling conflicts or any questions I've had. I requested an emergency visit one time and I'm pretty sure he worked miracles to get me in! Dr. Edie is always a joy to come into for any appointment, always asking about my children and my job. They even remember my birthday and my children with small treats. I cant stress enough how worth it Dr. M is. I found her during a season of my life where I felt like I couldn't talk to anyone and she and her office were a bit of a rock for me during that time!”

Some reviews have complained that they were refused treatment because their skin was too dark, etc. , trust me, if your skin is not a good fit for laser, you can only hope that the laser place does not accept you as a client.
