“This emergency room has been by far the best experience i’ve ever had in my 22 years of living! From beginning to end. I was serviced very quickly and kindly by Darlene & she gave me the paperwork which took all of 2 mins to fill out. I was able to go to the back no later than 5 mins after filling out my paperwork which was the fastest i’ve been serviced…like quicker than Zaby’s by far! My ER Tech Luisa was a gem, escorted me to my room which was very clean & she took my vitals and everything & she didn’t rush me with questions, brief and easy! I was greeted by Cathy she was very nice, full of joy and laughter which made me way more comfortable because I could laugh! My nurse Bill was amazing as well he did my IV which I hate needles not scared of them but get woozy looking at them but he kept making sure I wasn’t going to pass out on him or anything so I greatly appreciated this visit. My Doctor provided me with the info I needed as well so Overall best experience I’ve ever had medically! I do wish these kind souls the best!”
