“I have been going to this doctor for 21 years. Although it usually takes longer for your annual eye exam, it is worth the wait. I decided last year to go to another office to save time and they did not get my prescription right. So this year I went back and expressed why I had gone elsewhere. Dr. Cleveland was super nice and informative. He even did my eye scan for free instead of dilating to save me time. This is a usual charge of 40 dollars. All in all it is unusual these days to get this quality care at any doctors office. Thank you so much Doctor Cleveland for going above and beyond!”

“Excellent service from Rapid Orthopedic Supplies!!! I recently had knee surgery and was referred to Rapid Orthopedic to get the Iceman3 circulating ice water system to aid in recovery after surgery. Brandon called me prior to the surgery and pre-arranged all the details. The day of surgery he delivered the equipment on time so the post op nurses were able to get me setup on the placement of the ice pad. Brandon also met with my wife to get the instructions on use, etc. This really helped in recovery of my knee to keep swelling down. “Last night a team of EMS showed up at my sons home after dialing 911 because he was bitten by fire ants and had a very scary anaphylactic reaction and was unable to breathe. The EMS nurse was amazing and the entire team jumped into action to help my son. They were so professional and kept the situation under control while treating my son. I was thank ful for the team that showed up. The supervisor who accompanied them was also so kind and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were all very patient and answered all of my million questions without hesitation. The day dad met Jesus, nurses Heather and Sarah were beyond helpful and went above to help us all. Nurse Sarah started with Dad that morning and even though her shift was over did not leave us or him. This provided my dad with such comfort because of her care for him plus the friendship they had developed the last almost 30 days. The administrative staff was always available and everyone went above and beyond to help at all times. The communication was superb. Again, thank you all for the kindness showed to me and our family during the last days with Dad.”
