She was so incredibly nice and extremely helpful! Now let me brag about our floors, we went from carpet to SPC vinyl floors and we’re so in love with them! This place had the best quality of flooring especially when it came to the thickness of the boards and the different styles it was really hard to choose. We finally picked the one we wanted and were able to get it installed that weekend. I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous when only 3 men showed up to do the install, but man did they hustle. They knocked it out all in one day, and we got our entire first story done, as well as bathroom and laundry room upstairs. Everything about this process has been so smooth and easy and we’re just so excited with our beautiful new flooring!”

I also found some decorative pieces for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Three of the items were in store. One of the items has to be shipped from the factory. The three items were wrapped and were carried to my vehicle by staff. I got home to surprise my wife with her anniversary gifts,and I was the one surprised. To my surprise the gentleman who wrapped the gifts left the price tags on. I was furious, my wife was too excited to care. I was extremely impressed with my in store experience, but was just as disappointed by such a silly mistake. Not the way I wanted to start my anniversary 😕”
