“Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. 😡 On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone. “Today was a first time experience at the Eastside Alamo. Very cool place and very clean. It was great to just chill out at the seats and order our food and drinks. Noticed that there was a nice size lobby restaurant area and outside patio to enjoy food and drinks before or after your show. Overall great experience and we will be back. Update, been back several times and Alamo is our #1 theater now. Love getting a full lunch or dinner experience with the movie. The Big Show is great with great sound and seating. Really like that there are free refills on the popcorn and drinks.”

There was a drawer that was damaged and a gentleman who was very respectful came to our home. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but no questions asked they took the drawer and even inspected the rest of the cabinets and fixed a few minor things. I have since received my drawer and my cabinets look great! I love the color of these cabinets and customer service is outstanding! Thank you for making things hasssle free.
