Also he let me know that they were going to try to get my process ordered and shipped out today!! Although I haven't worked with this product yet, I have to say the customer service provided by Derek was top notch and I was already impressed enough to feel compelled to write this review. Once I receive the molding and have a chance to do some installation, I'll update my review on the product. For now, they definitely earn a five-start review for Derek's customer service. “I have been coming to Tracy's clinic once a week since October 2017 to help treat the pain from my tennis elbow and shoulder. Prior to coming to the clinic I had been experiencing extreme pain in my right arm and shoulder to the point where I was having difficulty sleeping at night. I tried over the counter medications, topical lotions, heating pads, ace wrap for my elbow and nothing seemed to work. Now after a month a half of treatment I am essentially pain free and back to previous functionality. Tracy is so friendly and personable. When I first started seeing her she sat down with me and explained her treatment focus and explained what she would be doing. She is very flexible with scheduling and easy to reach. Based off my own personal experience I would definitely recommend Tracy if you are in need of an acupuncturist. I have been completely satisfied with my experience and results.”
