Move in: very smooth, the unit was spotless when we first arrived and immediately had a great feeling about our new living situation. In the past few months of living here, my opinion has only gone up! The amenities are very well kept up with, from the large gym (always spotless) to the pool, grilling areas and dog park, all of which we use. Very well maintained. We had a issue with our sink leaking, and it was replaced immediately. Benjamin K is the maintenance tech we have been in contact with and he is extremely polite and capable. Even the trash rooms are a huge step up from what we expected. The location is amazing, walking distance to bars and restaurants and feels very very safe and free of common city problems we have encountered at past apartments. The staff is extremely responsive and kind, and the residents are quiet and very friendly. Very family friendly place to live, with the average age of residents being outside of the college age group we had become accustom too. Highly recommend!”

This weekend we relied on Pat's a couple times throughout the day and each time they have what we were looking for. This weekend, We were getting ready to boil crawfish when I noticed the small drip from the bottom of my current pot. Pin hole some how.... We ran to Pat's and found a really good selection of pots for fairly good price. Needless to say we were happy, the Crawfish boil went on as scheduled. Not even an hour, we made our way back to Pat's for an ice chest which also worked out really well and fairly priced.”
