“I have used this cleaners off and on for five years. We are retired now and don’t wear jeans or shirts that need to be starched and ironed, but when I do take something in. They always do a good job. I took a gown and robe that was purchased for my mom to wear when she passed away for her funeral. The women in her family always wear pink gowns and robes. I took it them to wash or dry clean and press. When I went to pick it up, they wouldn’t charge me. They do this as a courtesy. I was taken aback! What a wonderful gift to give a family. Thank you!”

“I was frantically looking for someone to spot clean my wedding dress in a rush, as I was getting married in one week and there were little black scuff marks at the bottom of my dress from a different alterations place I had gone to. I called Kite's and spoke to Melissa. She told me to bring my dress in that day and they would see what they could do. When I arrived someone promptly took my dress to the back to see what they could do, Melissa and I chatted. Not even ten minutes later my dress came out and EVERY SINGLE imperfection spot had been taken out of the satin skirt. I was absolutely elated, and to make it better, they didn't charge me for it. I cannot express the level of gratitude or relief I felt knowing that my dress was perfect for my wedding day. They were so kind, and helped me when I was in need of help ASAP.
