Quality of the cleaning is far above the "discount" or "by the pound" cleaners as was easily compared with a friends cleaning. A BIG difference in the outcome. Just include any notes with your bag and the instructions will be followed to the letter. I have also forgotten money, credits cards, etc in pockets and it is always returned with the next delivery.
