“We have used Landers quite a few times because we are under warranty still with our new home. Landers is who our builder uses. Our first two experiences weren't the greatest, as the guy showed up 3 hours late and was suppose to call 5 minutes before he got here and didn't. He came here at 9 at night, which for us and most is to late. The third and fourth time was very pleasant. Our service with Josh these last times have been great. He calls with updates frequently and always shows up on time with a smile. He also takes the time to shake my hand, which I like. He is very professional. The only reason I gave Landers 4 stars is because the first two experiences with another guy was not good at all. If we had been dealing with Josh the entire time I would have given them 5 stars. I would only recommend Landers to others if Josh was the one that would be helping them.”
