“Mr.Adams came out today quick and fast like he said he would took care of all the hard to get stains and the price was amazing. I clean houses for rental companies but I'm passing his card out and number. I wish he would have done a before and after picture. We will definitely call him in the next 3 months to get work done again because this house is old and that dirty water scared me. I'll be on my husband about cleaning more. Thank you sooooo much. I dealt with Grime Fighters and they didn't do as much as he did for the price they charged. Grime fighters charged 3 times more and the stains were still there. “Short of plush carpets to walk barefoot on and a drink in hand, this place can’t be much better. I read some of the reviews here and I am shocked. I’ve been using this place off and on for a few years now and it is the ONLY one worth my cash. Have I had incidents? Of course. Did my life change? No. It sucks having to go to a laundry mat, period. But with WiFi, music, and chairs to sit in what more do you need? I spend $12 a load. Yes it is pricey but I don’t bring home bed bugs and if I absolutely have to go to the bathroom… it’s not that bad. My clothes last about a year. I do recommend garment protection for your bras though. Dryers love the clasp. The only improvement I would make is expanding the place. It really does get crowded here.”

“We had David come out today to clean carpets at our rental home. We had been using another carpet cleaning for the last 10 years and he was unable to come out. I have to say David is our new guy! Great price, great job, responsive and can do extras like patching and stretching. Highly recommend. ( The place smelled great afterward, no wet dog or urine smell) We are using him again this week!”

“It is a nice size laundry mat with a lot room so you are not on top of other people washing. The machines are nice but most of them were out of order. It is the only reason why I am giving a four out of five. There is plenty of parking in front and there is a car wash across the street with plenty of parking as well. They have clean bathrooms. They do have a soap vending machine (but most of the items were out) and a change machine that accepts 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20's. There are two change machines but only one was working. There are kids toys and reading materials as well.”

These men acted like they were trying to rescue items from their own family home . They handled my handbag collection with care and even rescued a few of my lululemons. When you have lost everything but the dress you were wearing ( not even any underwear) when your house caught fire , any precious memory , possession or comfort is so meaningful . “Alvaro has saved us from my our destructive 13 year old dog, once again! Last November, pup got the turkey I was defrosting out of a LOCKED cooler and we came home to turkey gizards and juice all over our family room. Al came out within an hour to take care of it for us! This time, the old dog got sick and had several bouts of diarrhea all over ALL the carpets. We cleaned as best we could, buy lets face it....at that point is it really even clean? Enter Alvaro! He told us what to do to eliminate as many odors as possible, came out quickly and cleaned all our carpets. They even mopped our wood floors! On The Spot was in and out very quickly and left me with clean floors that I feel good about my kids walking on. They even left the industrial fan over night for us to help dry the floors faster! Not to mention, the service I used before I found Alvaro charged 3x as much and the stains came back after a few weeks. With On the Spot, they are gone for good. “This is the best place to go. I pass up other cleaners to come here. They do all the work on-site, and I think it makes a difference. My dress shirts come back perfectly pressed, and my suits don't get the lapels messed up like at other places. The woman that runs the place is so friendly! My name is misspelled in their system, but I like their version better: Foxter! If you become a regular, then you get your own laundry bag to fill up at home and take back to them. They even gave me a Christmas gift - a lint roller!”
