“Customer service is great and the stylists do a good job for the most part. I take myself and my two children up there and none of us have had any bad experiences, we always leave pretty much satisfied with the results. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is that the prices have always been a little higher than I like but recently they went up another dollar and with today's food prices and whatnot I simply cannot afford it so my only options are to take that dollar from the usual $3 tip per haircut I leave the stylist or start cutting our own hair again. Me and my son get the most basic haircuts that only require trimmers and no scissors so I feel like $20 for a 5 minute haircut is a little ridiculous. Hopefully they go down in prices soon, and if they do I'll adjust my review accordingly.”

I like that you can get any amount up to $25 off your card. Employees are all friendly and trained to be super quick. In the store I frequent they show good team work. That's the one on Denton Hwy off 820 and Glenview Ave . Love the staff at this location!!”
