“Law firm does not use in-house QUDRO attorney! Although the divorce went smoothly, it was totally an UNCONTESTED DIVORCE! The issue was a loss of $30,000 dollars to me as the Attorney assigned to my case sent the signed QUADRO order to their non resident Attorney by certified mail, which they addressed wrong, and was forwarded by US Mail over 4 states and 30 days, during which market lost money to the 401k account - why they would NOT USE legal courier service for such CRITICAL DOCUMENT IS BEYOND LOGICAL THINKING! Their Quadro Attorney’s office is about a 2 mile journey! Donna’s excuse was she was sorry, but they had no control over when Lockheeds 401k administrators receive their QUADRO documents, and it was a case of the “perfect storm”. I wasn’t able to find ANY attorney to file a negligence suit, they all said it was not enough monies involved to bother with. I also agree with other poor ratings here on treatment, because although I did have an opportunity to discuss their negligence in my case initially (sry for any inconvenience), there were no fees returned, and recently she refused to even take a phone call from me, about pertinent language in divorce decree - which is apparent in what other clients have said of related client treatment. Abusive and not a proper attitude toward their intended model of advertisement! Good day Donna!”
