“It took 2 attempts of just showing up and standing in line before figuring out the best and most efficient way to get in and out of this place without wasting an entire day. I was told this is the best facility when it comes to number of employees at any given time. First things first. You MUST get in-line ONLINE at 7am that morning. You will immediately receive an estimated time of the appointment and are told to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled time. Once inside you will check in at kiosk and put in your phone number and the system will print out a ticket for you. Sit down and wait but you will not wait too long. I may have waited about 15 or so minutes before my ticket was called. Quite the painless experience, really. If for some reason the wait is longer than expected then you can grab your ticket and go back home. You have until 3pm that same day to show up before your spot is taken. I wish I would have figured out the system on the first attempt but oh well. Hopefully it will save you some time.”

“This is the best TX DPS in El Paso. I’m so glad they made one for active duty, retirees and their family so we don’t have to drive all over town and wait in line for hours. The staff is extremely respectful and kind. We waited maybe 20 minutes and got everything taken care of. Only thing I suggest is to make sure you bring printed copies of your required documents. They don’t accept emailed or electronic copies.”
