“Very nice Hotel, just north of downtown Austin. Affordable luxury, close to many good restaurants. We chose the Round Rock area to get a jump on the big city weekday traffic problems. Check-in was quick and easy, the desk attendant was courteous and informative about the rooms and the property. Our room was fantastic, updated with all the modern fixtures. My only criticism would be the location in conjunction with the outer road on southbound I-35. Familiarize yourself with the shortcuts and back streets to make the surrounding businesses more accessible.”

The view from our place was great & the hubs got to do a little fishing from the back docks. We walked to the pool a couple of times and it was such a great way to relax and hang out. I am in need of a doctor now and was told I could see her at the end of December. Unacceptable. My mother also goes to this office and she was on hold for 49 minutes only to be hung up on in the end with no help, no call back, nothing. For this reason I would recommend you continue searching other doctor's offices.”

They are happy to tend to any needs you may have and they will do it with a smile and positive attitude. Walking into the rooms you quickly notice that the housekeeping staff here is on top of their game as the rooms are clean from top to bottom so that you may truly enjoy your stay here. Have a maintenance issue?? No problem because the maintenance man here is fast, respectful and does the job right the first time. My fiance and I have really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely recommend to others that if in the area this is the place to stay and the price is definitely right too.
