“This is the first time I ever walked into a doctors office and felt comfortable. The front office staff are super friendly. I was greeted with a warm smile and a lovely hello. The nurse that tool me back and did my preliminary checks was funny, and helped to continue to put me at ease. Doctor Doug came in and I was put at ease almost instantly. Never once did I feel judged. I met a someone who cared and help educated me. The most important thing was he LISTENED. “My one night stay was perfect! I was there visiting family and needed to stay one night because I did not want to drive back down the Ridge to Nashville at night during a lunar eclipse. First, the cleanliness. So clean! And then there is safety. I felt perfectly safe there. All the staff were awesome. Front Desk ladies were so nice and always helpful. The breakfast was just so good! I wasn't expecting that really. I was going to get something on the way home but I did go in there and it looked scrumptious. Parking is easy. They have a snack shop which came in handy. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”
