“I personally inspected 3 rooms prior to renting. Was First room not available for extended stay so inspected another room. Same thing. Inspected a third which was available long term. No bugs in any of the three. All were rooms with outside doors. Windows open, great water pressure and temp. Bed not comfy at all. Only half washer n dryers work. No soda machine. Not enough to loose a star though. Older guy at front desk is amazing. Young male adult not so nice...”

“Great place to stay for anyone riding the ACA Southern Tier bicycle route. This is NOT a bed and breakfast, however, Ernie and Doris have a kitchen cabin that can be used to cook food. Cabins were very well kept, shower facilities were clean and in good shape, camping is available, and the host and hostess are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. ”

Only thing that's concerning is I've stayed here twice with my 2 yr old son in two different rooms and neither one had operational inside safety locks on the doors my son was actually able to open the door and get outside the room while I was in the shower he was headed for the stairs before I was able to get get to him.... Very big safey issue that I hope they resolve because I won't stay here again until they do.”
