“So.....we came to Texas because of work. Needed a place to reside and stumbled across, "The Preserves at Oyster Creek". At first, though impressive, it wasn't what we were looking for. However, because of time restraints we signed a lease knowing that it would serve its purpose. To our surprise it was more than we hoped for. We were able to quickly feel at home in our unit. The homes are modern and tastefully designed to optimize space. The property grounds are well maintained, and for the most part the community is quiet. We rarely required any maintenance, but when we did Mr. Rudy was more than knowledgeable, and always willing to make things correct. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. A good person with a good spirit, and we can't thank him enough. Thank you Mr. Rudy! Now, the rental office staff. Amazing! Two very smart and bright young ladies. Ms. Elissa & Ms. Jerica, I can't thank you ladies enough. You made all the difference in the world in our experience as tenants of the Preserves. Always welcoming, pleasurable to speak with, and just purely heart warming. You were always prompt in a response to any inquiry and to whatever the needed. Your management company is lucky to have you. You're truly assets. Jerica we were sorry to see you go, and we missed you it's true; but Ms. Elissa hit it outta the park and brought us home. “Arrived today on business. First thing I noticed immediately is how clean the hotel is. Whatever they used as an air freshener smalls so good! My room is clean to expectations. Not a single thing out of place. The front desk staff has been extremely helpful with helping me navigate to the hotel shuttle at the airport as well. Love this hotel and would definitely stay again. All Comfort Suites I've been to so far provide pristine service. I was on business in Tampa in December and loved my stay there as well.”

“This hotel offers a phenomenal room. Waffles for breakfast. I was blown away by the quality vs. cost. If you saw the scathing reviews about shuttle service by previous guests. Don’t worry, they have fixed the issue. You receive very specific instructions on where to be and when the van will arrive with description. The driver is on time +/-5min and the van has hotel stickers on the side now. I was concerned but pleasantly surprised that they had fixed issues reported by previous guests. Sure the van loops around until full and drops at multiple hotels. But come on, if you didn’t expect that from a $50 hotel stay you haven’t traveled done this much. There are plenty of cabs that will charge you $20 for a point to point ride.”
