“Stopped by the Willis Store on my way back in to town. The immediate impression was a good one, nice looking store with attentive sales staff, yet still a no-pressure atmosphere. I informed them that I was a couple of months out from solidifying a deal and the sales rep still took his time going over possible options. Met briefly with the Finance Manager, Gil, and he introduced me to a couple of different scenarios that may allow me to move up my time frame. Definitely where I will be doing business! ????”

“This is just the best place. We have 2 large dogs and requested a slot that had a fenced in area. We also asked if we could put something around the bottom of the fence, as our dogs could get out. As soon as we checked in they were putting cinder blocks around the fence (at their expense). Our dogs got out several times. They patiently put them back in until we returned. No complaints at all. They went above and beyond the entire time we were there. They have the cleanest park. They offer laundry facilities (newer machines and very clean). They have a shower house, with restroom and lockers (also super clean). I just can't say enough about Sharon and Sam. Such amazing people that provide a wonderful, beautiful, quite, friendly park. Thank you for being so amazing and providing a beautiful place for people to share with you.”

“A wonderful, friendly oasis. They made this solo cyclist very welcome on a miserable, wet, Texas December day. As well as a camping option they have "huts". My advice to the weary cyclist - treat yourself to one of these! Eclectic, but very, very comfy!”

I also thought it was cool you are required to place your key card into a slot to be able to turn on the power in the room and shuts off when u take it out thus saving on power.”

“First off, before I review this location I have to say that I had a bad experience at another location before here, but never let your mind bend because of a negative experience somewhere else. Just like people take every place on an individual basis. First off there is no free internet anymore but that is ok. What you get in return is so much greater. Your bills are included and for the person griping about the rates your very wrong! Go stay in a Motel 6 for a week and I bet you it is at least $350 and no kitchen! The manager and staff make sure to get to know you and hear your needs. The grounds are well kept and the pool does not close for half the Summer like the other one did! The people that live here are amazing! Good people that may have hit a bump in the road,, but still struggle to survive as best and honorably as they can. Also look at apartment rents and then add in utilities, it isnt that bad. This is a dog friendly place so if you dont like animals move to INTOWN Suites...they hate animals too and their apartments are tiny! Now these are furnished but staff does not mind if you have your own furniture. We are moving this week but not because of anything negative, we showed that we were stable enough to go to the next level as renters.. So you see Budget Suites Addison helped us along the way there too by giving us a chance to prove we are a good bet as tenants. And find a place that equals the value and also allows you to pay weekly! Thanks to all of the management and staff for allowing us a fresh start. Oh and the location ROCKS!! Grocery Store, Ross, Food Everywhere and 3 Temp Places within a block! Also on the BUSLINE! I will post pictures of how great our apartment was so you can see what a difference making a home out of a motel can be.”

“Stayed here a week due to home remodel and it was a decent, nice stay for us. It's a nice place, needs updating some, friendly staff, nice decor. Breakfast was ok, expected more being a Hyatt. Options changed daily tho regarding the hot food. On weekends, sometimes they have large groups/gatherings for the convention area. It was loud until after 1130pm or so, kids running around, trash being left in the lobby and kids playing in elevators. Other than the weekend, it was a decent stay. Set up in the rooms are weird, being the sink is outside the bathroom. Price per night was very fair also.”

“Nice and Clean rooms, friendly staff and very well kept common areas. The hotel in general has a nice atmosphere, It’s updated and clean. I absolutely enjoyed the Texas art throughout the hotel and hung in rooms! One of my favorites things about this hotel is the coffee variety, the infused water at the lobby and two stations with two waffle makers each. No wait is necessary for waffle making! We visited in the fall and the hotel was beautifully decorated with mums and pumpkins. Loved it! I would definitely stay here again!”
