“I’m a trucker and got stranded here with my dog for a week while my truck was being repaired. Was first sent to a really shady hotel and left to come here. It’s a great place. The front desk (Selina & James) go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are super friendly and know which places have the better food to have delivered. Very fun to talk with and very professional. Place is really clean, rooms are quite with great ac. Housekeeping is super friendly. Went out of their way for me. I threw something important away and they went in the trash and found it (yes, I tipped them). I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a second. Can’t speak highly enough about them.”

“I have lived in three Valley Ranch complexes and The Highlands is the best by far. The apartments are quiet and well maintained . They are close to all of the necessary amenities. The office staff always takes the time to answer all concerns in a polite manner. I would recommend The Highlands to anyone in the market for a nice, clean, well maintained apartment in the Valley Ranch area.”

“Room was clean. Shower was hot (although a little leaky). Toilet was a little wonky but nothing to write home about. TV remote didn't work but that situation was remedied quickly. If you're like me and enjoy a bed that is a little more on the firm side without being hard then you'll love these beds. All in all I think this is a good place to spend a night or a week depending on your situation.”

“I've had massages from dozens of therapists in different states and countries, and Oak Haven is hands down the best, consistently across all the therapists there who have worked on me. The therapists are regularly trained by a chiropractor in medical information, especially how the muscles work and how they need to be manipulated in order to heal them. They also give preventative education about the lifestyle habits I should change in order to avoid painful recurrence of issues in the future. This isn't a place to go and just feel relaxed for 30 minutes, but a place that also leaves lasting improvement and healing. I feel more like I am a car and the therapist is a mechanic. Sometimes the massage is soothing, and sometimes it is productively painful, but I always feel better and gain mobility from every massage. As well, the admins are timely, organized, and courteous, and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are nice. My only criticism is that they don't have more locations and don't do house calls! Highly recommend.”

The 1st room had a smell I went down there and let him know and with no problems at all, he moved wife and I to another room.I will be returning. Probably the only improvement which can be made is including a couple of bottles of water for guests when they arrive .”
