“Low cost and affordable! It was enough space for my family & I. In our room was a stove with an oven. A full size fridge. Microwave. I like how the sofa let out to a queen size ???? bed for my wife and me! Our children had two full size beds in their seperated bedrm with a door. Surrounding areas had a Regios, Taco Cabana, Taco Bell, 7-Eleven and more within a one block radius.”

“Sandra sorry to hear your parents had an issue but after speaking to them i told not to ever wait till office is open please call the Redbird number and leave a message with lot # and the problem no matter how far i am i will get them to it to get fixed and also leave a call back number , the problem was fixed already and we are doing clean up i have never heard from them on an electrical problem so not sure what happen there , But please feel free to call with any issues and i will try my best to resolve right away.”

“Really really nice rooms for temporary lodging. They were all super super helpful for me as I transition to Lackland. Call ahead and let them know you have a pet and they have been very accommodating. You just need to make sure you have the shot records. They had no problem with me staying with my little kitties and they will by default clean every room every 3 days even if you put a do not disturb sign out. They do a really good job of keeping it clean too”

“Amazing. Totally free. I stayed here while getting refractive surgery. They are only staffed until 5 pm and my plane was delayed 2 hours, so I didn't land in San Antonio until 430. I called them and they stayed late to allow me to check in and even picked me up at the gate because the taxi couldn't get on base. I can't say enough good things about this place.”

“*Stayed here for BMT graduation for the Air Force. The Lackland Air Force Base is within five minutes drive time from this hotel! The room was clean, AC worked great, shower was great, and all of the supplied amenities (fridge, microwave, TV) worked just fine. If you're coming for the graduation, this hotel is perfect for a quick trip. The beds were made up every day we got back to the hotel room, and the front desk was SO helpful! I was happy to hear that the owners treat them very well and are very accommodating to guests. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for anyone needing a place to stay for BMT graduation. *photo of the pool included because a comment was made about it. It goes to 5.5 ft deep and there is a little hot tub. It isn't much, but it's there!”

They need showers handles for elderly. and the young it's very dangerous without him. Are removable shower so it's easy for the elderly and the young. If they do that. It would be a big 5 star. “Nice clean RV resort, nice amenities. A little strict with rules...we got reprimanded for driving 10mph when the speed limit was 5mph. Pool hours don't allow kids after 8pm. A lot of long term residents. Quiet. There was a stray puppy loose the first night and day but otherwise dogs are leashed. No recycling available. Very nice pool and hot tub, pool table, free popcorn. Would stay again!”
