“I just recently lodged here while on a work trip. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay at this place. The rooms are a nice size, and cleaned very well each day. There is a chair outside of each room so you can sit and enjoy the sunset and evening breeze. The staff are very kind and accommodating, and very attentive. They really went above and beyond for us. The motel is in a great location just down the road from a boat launch, and a nice Mexican restaurant is within walking distance just across the street. The parking lot is also a nice size with plenty of room to maueuver larger vehicles - which is a huge bonus for anyone towing a boat, trailer, or RV. Definitely give this place a try!”

“Just relocated from Dallas and stumbled Across this gem while googling rv parks close to Dallas. Due to the city being outrageous in price and pretty crammed rv parks I decided that I wanted to move a comfortable distance away from Dallas. This place is beautiful! It looks like the owner is making renovations and the things they’ve done so far look great! The lake is steps away from your front door. There’s a dock that you can fish off of and a boat launching ramp. Although I don’t own a boat I look forward to fishing!”

“Our car had issues right next to this place. Thank goodness the sheets & room looked & smell clean. Not a bug in sight! Thank you Lord! The night clerk was very attentive for check in, the day clerk was also polite for check out (brief interaction). Shower was great, hot & alot of water. Not noisy, slept great. For the price it was a great stay.”

“We stayed here for over three months and had no issues. Having 24 hour cameras on site felt more secure than most neighborhoods or apartments. Management and neighbors were all super helpful and friendly. With the Brookshire's, Walmart, Fix & Feed, and some great local restaurants right down the road, we felt right at home in Quinlan. Also, there is another review on here claiming they were denied because of a service dog.. I Have no idea what they are talking about, because management was very welcoming of our dog and others on the property, and even added a dog park while we were staying there.”

“Lynn at Austin Design/Build is a remodeler who is always busy and in high demand for his time for both building and as an expert legal witness for the building industry. He is a past president of Texas Builders Association and a man who has done many remodeling jobs that have turned out to be perfectly suited to the houses he helped the owners redesign and remodel. Having been an Architectural Photographer for many years in the Metroplex area and throughout Texas, I was always impressed with his work as it blended so well with the style of the house he had remodeled. Honestly a good Builder in all respects.”

“The team at Cedar Creek Country Club went above and beyond to provide a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding in November 2022. They were professional and accommodating, even found the requested queso fountain for the fajita buffet and cooked up a huge batch of delicious churros. The food and service were great, the bar was well tended, the decorations were exactly as requested. Many thanks to CCCC for all their hard work in making it a night to remember.”

It may not be a fancy RV resort, but what it is, it's a community of neighbors and a place to call home. Had to move back near family, otherwise I would have stayed.”

“Beautiful location great green space and grilling area when you drive up the stairwell gives you the vibe that this is not going to be great, but the rooms are decent, you’re going to the beach and you’re going to stay in that area you’re not gonna be in the room long it is way better than a motel six. I would recommend them changing out the fridge if it looks rusty on the outside, but was clean on the inside, extremely clean. And the AC could be a little cooler but again will stay there again just because it is perfect as far as the swimming pool and the beach side highly recommend it.”

“Seaside is gated, super clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating! I dealt with Elizabeth most of the time and she was always pleasant and understanding. Their amenities are awesome! Two pools, one hot tub, two grills, dog washing station, laundry, business, and workout centers. The other guests were so nice as well! I really enjoyed my stay with Seaside!”

The pool is cleaned daily and the residents are friendly but stay to themselves. It is perfect for seniors or families with children. It has a laundry room and asphalt streets. It is about 3 miles to Walmart and other necessities. One of the better parks we have visited. It is like having your piece of the country for a great price.”
