“This is a quiet, conveniently located and affordable little gem for longer stays at ~$400/month + electric. Good sized grass/gravel spots around a (quite tight) horseshoe asphalt road, with pull through and back in spaces surrounded by trees. Awesome open area down the back for dogs to romp. Laundry machines at $1.50 to $2 each. Joe, the owner, is a super nice guy (call rather than email for inquiries). Very minor downside is parcel deliveries because the office isn't staffed 9am-5pm. We stayed for 3 months in a 36' class A motorhome.”

“Loved this hotel! You’re only a few blocks from the river walk and historical market. With the help of the little electric scooters, you can get anywhere from here and not have to pay for parking. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I’d suggest getting there kinda early, it gets pretty packed by 9am. Our room was nicely appointed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Also, a big little thing I noticed was that you don’t hear the other guests. You feel like you’re one of few people in the hotel until you go to breakfast or the parking lot. Also, we had a balcony!! Of course our view was the highway and power plant, but I was nice to have. I will definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Located on the riverwalk so you have access to everything in the area! Breakfast and dinner were both good at the restaurants and a big selection at the bar. I would definitely go back. They have nice amenities including pool, back patio, gym, and laundry. Wifi was included. They have two different restaurants for breakfast. Valet was available and they have on site parking.”

She took my six year old son and made his breakfast for him so my husband and I could make our plates! My husband wanted an ice coffee so without being asked she went and found supplies to make him one and bring it to where we were sitting! Amazing guest service! Way above what is required or asked!”

“One of the major plus points about this RV park is that you can walk to the beach without having to cross the road. The rest rooms, showers and laundry are all well maintained and clean. They have a play area for the kids if you can drag them away from the beach. I love that they dont charge per person on the sight but do charge for parking of additional vehicles, RV and one car are included, then $10 per additional car. We stayed on a pull through site 50/30 amp water and sewer.”

Two minutes to the Jamaica Beach Gulf beach access. ”
