“This place is a little bit out of the way, but well worth the effort. The owner, Charlie, and his family were exceptionally gracious hosts. Many of the spaces are full of permanent residents, but they're very friendly too. The park is quiet and clean, with many amenities, including full hook-ups, a pool, showers, laundrette, and a small store. There are many trees providing shade for some of the sites. If you're in the area, drive by the other campgrounds and go to Lily's. Next time we're there, we'll definitely go back!”

“The owners are currently installing new septic and removing some spaces in preparation for the widening of State highway 36. Road noise is pretty noticeable during the day, but dies down at night. Managers are great and live on-site. Neighbors are quiet, friendly, and respectful, and areas around the RV's are kept neat. Concrete pads are provided, water pressure is great, and wi-fi is okay except during peak evening hours as is expected. This park does not provide overnight space, just month-to-month. Rate is currently $385 per month plus electricity at .12/kwh. Don't know when or how long the highway work will last, but we will happily return between travels. About 5 miles south of Rosenberg and IH69/US59. It's also 500 feet south of the intersection of Spur 10 Rosenberg truck bypass. This gives a great path to/from the interstate without traffic lights and sharp turns!”

“Excellent hospitality and security. The sites are huge. The gated area provides a safe place for children to play. Getting packages delivered is easy. Laundry room is well-kept. The local wildlife is beautiful. It was nice to see the forest out my back window. The only bad thing was that it gets really muddy when it rains in the fall and the mosquitos are terrible. But this is true for the whole area. I don't think it can be avoided.”

“I have stayed at this hotel a many of times. The parking lot at night is well lit, many of cameras, washer/ dryer, the rooms are always clean and well kept, breakfast is nice, and every person I have delt with at this location is the upmost kind, sweet, and will accommodate you, the rates are fantastic. It's small but it's a must stay at hotel. And the Roses around property are so pretty to pick. That's a must stay here please. Just a fantastic place.”

“Bed was comfy and fresh linens and towels love the luxury soaps. Wolfgang puck coffee in rooms. Upset that breakfast was put up before nine and no coffee that was the first thing the crew put up. Our company foot the bill so breakfast was suppose to be included for us. No apologies were giving for us being told the wrong hours on breakfast from when we checked in. Everyone of the morning staff had smiles and were friendly. Great hot water for a morning shower and pool was refreshing the night before. Locked gates was a nice touch.”

“Honest happy review : Booked Super 8 by wyndham after reading good reviews about it and im glad I made the right choice . I have stayed at many motels and I usually look for something that is not very pricey and I must say this Motel is by far the best place if you are travelling to houston and need a room within the range of $60 (that was the deal I got ) I would highly recommend you must try this location. It was so clean that I doubted the price and was wondering why would they charge so low for such a clean room haha ( previously I have had bad experiences regarding cleanliness of the motel rooms with cheap rates). I booked Non smoking king bedroom and it included free breakfast too.”

“I Stated Here From 9/27/18- 01/18/18 my stay was ver pleasant. It’s not the Hilton so it severed its purpose. They wash your linen for free you just have to bring it down to them. Hell I even gave them the shower curtain. The only thing I would suggest is outside cameras. Other then that I loved all the ladies even the one that cleans the room, she is hilarious.”
