“This motel is near 3 major fuel stations which are open 24 hours and you can go inside all three to shop and pay for fuel. The motel has been fully renovated and it has clean beds with ceramic tile floors. This motel has hourly rates if you need to get a few hours of rest or just want to take a shower. It is located next to Beltway 8 and US 59/69 freeway. Its close to restaurants both fast food and dine ins located just about 2 miles away. There is a Wal-Mart 2 miles southwest of its location.”

“We currently live here, since our move from San Antonio, Texas the staff here has made it a smooth transition. From the beginning they have been helpful, considerate and very approachable on any concerns or questions we have. The laundry room is nice and cool, very clean as are the showers and rest rooms. It's quiet when it needs to be and people are polite, keep to themselves. The park itself is well maintained and rules are enforced without any incidents. I definitely recommend this RV Park to any potential residents looking for a place to home, whether it's temporary or permanent.”

“My mother in law just moved to Pinedale Mobile Home Park. I can see why they have a long waiting list! The entire Community is peaceful and clean. At first i was a little taken back by all of their rules but I suppose it's necessary to keep the community the way that it is. I also met the community manager Gwen, she is such a nice genuine person. The only thing that I wish was they had more parking. Each lot can accommodate approximately 2 vehicles. Other than that you have to park up front by the management office which itself has limited parking. But it is what it is. To be honest we are actually considering running a lot from them also because it's very nice quiet and very well kept.”

My place is really difficult to deal with. They never fuss. Every one of their guys are so sweet and they love animals. Great place to stay long-term or short-term. New shopping center and theaters just across the highway makes it a convenient location. Also just down the road from Lake Houston Wilderness Park.”
