“Lived here for 2 1/2 years now. The park is a Mobile Home Park not an RV park. Background checks are done on all residents! Even on friends/family members that move in after you sign a lease! This is a working class neighborhood and management has made some awesome changes by weeding out people who don't want to work and that have created trouble, for residents, in the park. (Therefore, some people who have written bad reviews on this posting board have been evicted due to bad behavior or not paying rent). There is a neighborhood watch in the park so people who think they can get away with playing loud music, driving fast in the park, throwing trash in the streets or shooting off fireworks (prohibited by the State of Texas Fire Marshal), Just Know you will be reported to authorities or evicted. Residents that live here have children and everyone tries to create a safe place for children to play and families to live in peace. If you decide to move here, READ the Lease and know the rules. No drug dealers or drug addicts allowed. Everyone is watching because we want a safe and great neighborhood to live in. There is an option to purchase Mobile Homes here if you wish to, however a resident has to live in the park at least a year to do so and keep their residence grounds clean and mowed.”

“Nice newer property. Rooms are quiet, clean and modern. The gym is actually nice with functional equipment. I had to wait a while before someone came up and checked us in which was unusual at 5 PM. Hot breakfast choices were limited to a couple items. Other than that, it was a good stay.”

“nice hotel. Staff was pretty great and the breakfast is pretty good. The lounge/dining area is pretty small compared to other hotels that I've been to but it was still very relaxing and cozy. They have a business center where you can browse online and even print for free. They also have a small gym that is enough to do a full body workout. The pool was also nice but I do think it may need some maintenance/improvements. Overall it was a pretty good stay”

“We used the event venue for a Thanksgiving Dinner for 15 foreign exchange students and their families -- about 75 people in all. It worked out great! We had a dozen or so round table and chairs to use, plus a few long rectangular tables for the potluck buffet. There was ample parking in the lot just outside, and its proximity to the building made set-up and take-down easy. There are several French doors than open up onto a deck and a large field -- great to just step outside and enjoy the crisp fall air, and for the little ones in the group to work off their energy. Anthe (in the office) is always very quick to respond, and is really great to work with on an event.”

“I'm normally not a huge fan of Motel 6 but this one changed my mind. Kent at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming right from the start. That initial welcome set a positive experience for our entire stay. The property has recently been totally upgraded. One of the best sleeps I've had with extremely comfortable beds. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed.”

“I have had the privilege of staying in many motels. I thought that this motel was really awesome for the price I paid. I can't speak for the breakfast as I slept to late but the decor was very nice and I melted into the mattress as I slept. I did not hear any extra noise from outside. I have allergies and use a C-Pap and I did not detect any extra smells. I recommend this SureStay Motel in Alvin,TX to anyone.”

“The rooms are nice sized and clean the bathroom is Tiny though. TV didn't work since they just got DirecTV service and hadn't finished hooking it up yet and the people up front didn't know how to fix it. Front desk seemed to be helpful but really kind of wasn't especially with the TV incident. Overall yes I would go back but they need to get a couple things fixed that was not working correctly.”

“Great Hotel. Easy check in, and everything work from the AC, to the hot water, key pad, and fridge. Usually at least one of these things goes wrong for me!! The new owners really take pride in this hotel, and it shows. The most sanitary indoor pool and hot tub I have ever seen. We stayed at the Holiday Inn last night and their indoor pool was grungy. Travelling with kids I felt safe in this area especially with all of the lighting and cameras. Also, a great price, and better accommodations than the new hotels popping up in the area. ????????”
