“I stayed one night and will be coming back here again in a week because I had such a good experience. Sandy, the woman driving the shuttle between the hotel and airport, was very friendly and picked me up really fast. Before I knew it, she was there at the airport waiting for me. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Everything very good for a good price. I was very happy with the service at the front desk. Can't think of anything that could be better!”

“This hotel exceeded our expectations, the renovations are finally complete and the room was gorgeous!! I travel for work and stay in many hotels so I was glad to have given this hotel a second chance was worth the wait!! The bed was so comfortable and the T.V. was very nice because I was able to log in to my own Netflix. The breakfast lady was very sweet and the breakfast was delicious they had a great spread. The staff was accommodating and very welcoming we will definitely be back to this hotel.”

“Dependable Holiday Lights and Decor lived up to their name! They hung lights at my house in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Experience with another company took all day (they charged by the hour) but resulted in days where the lights wouldn't come on, and we had to call the other company back out. I was very pleased with Dependable Holiday Lights and Decor.”

“Stayed at this park for 5 months, the best thing about this place are the managers G’Nelle and Carl, they are the nicest people and were always available for anything. The park is clean and well kept, the pond and walking trail is very nice except after a big rain. The location is perfect being tucked back away from the main traffic but close to all your needs. There is a small airport across the street which bring some noise but far less compare to heavy vehicle traffic. The only complaint is cable was advertised to be installed but never arrived.”

“Quiet! I'm an insurance adjuster. I travel the country all year long for work. This park is quiet, spacious and private. Completely surrounded by trees and no one bothers you unless you need help. There is an owner, manager and security guard on site. Any time I attempt anything, someone offers assistance. Backing in, hooking up, setting up, you get the point. Not intrusive, just genuinely helpful if you need. I find myself hoping my deployment drags out a bit so I can stay longer. It's incredibly peaceful out here.”

“Great staff. Dante was the Sunday morning breakfast ambassador of goodwill. He made us feel so welcome. He is the reason I'd go back to this hotel. Plus... the pancakes were wonderful. Eggs anyway you like them and good coffee. The hotel was super clean and the decor "in style."Every one there was really nice. When I return I will choose this hotel. I would give them 5 stars but the happy our was weak ...chips and salsa. Hopefully that was a glitch and not their normal fare. Loved this place.”

“New, high quality park with superior features. We are in the middle of a month-long stay and we couldn't be happier. Easy maneuvering with staff assistance for very big rigs. Concrete pads and roads. Great monthly rate. Convenient to shopping and great location for visiting Houston and Galveston. Not a ton of frills: no showers (means no tents!) and no picnic tables, but surrounded by farmland. Zero traffic noise and nearest train tracks are quite far away. Friendly, accommodating staff, gladly accepts your mail (great for us full timers). One of the best values for a long-term stay in the 4 years we've been traveling.”

“I have been staying at this hotel for about 4 years when I am in town, usually staying for no less than a couple of months at a time. I have been in several rooms over the years and have had no qualms about the facility. I have yet to be offered a dirty room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff clean the rooms everyday if you allow them. I really like the relaxed atmosphere(there is no 10 page legal document being recited to you verbatim by some corporate drone, there is no $25 late fee for being 10 minutes late paying the next week's lodging-NOON!!! Pay up or die.) My only gripe about this extended stay hotel is there is no laundry on site, but the laundry is only 2 blocks down the road. That's pretty easy. Heck, I-45 is only 1 block away. If this is the area you need to be. You can't get much more convenient than that.”
