“This is a very nice Community. Most of the units are owner-occupied and everybody knows everybody and they look out for each other Safety and Security. The homeowners association requires a background check and credit check on every person moving in as a renter or as a homeowner. This can be seen as an obstacle but it is really good to keep everybody safe and secure. I have enjoyed living here for the past 8 years.”

“We rented the conference room for a baby shower. The hotel does not have a food kitchen so catering or cooking your own food is the option. There are microwaves available upon request. They will dress the tables with white or black linen. You have to have your own center pieces.”

“Room was clean and presentable. Beds were comfortable. The room was always cleaned when we returned in the evening, where fresh toiletries and clean linens were waiting. Hotel parking felt secure at night and the hotel did as well. There was a small continental breakfast bar selection in the morning which was nice to get the day started with. Fresh coffee and some cereal and pastry choices were nice. All in all, excellent stay.”

“Hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was courteous and the airport shuttle was on point! A bit dated, but very well maintained. Location is stellar for flying in/out of Hobby. Only complaint was minuscule details... no toilet paper spindle, battery cover missing on remote, rust on the nickel plated lamps. While these are items that should be addressed, they did not affect my stay at all. I would recommend to anyone, and plan to stay again when I fly out of Hobby in the future.”

“For a motel, I like going to the Baron Inn. I've been going to this motel for over 10yrs now. Is the only motel in the area that has NOT raised its prices, yet continues to keep maintaining and upgrading. Some of the other local motels continue to increase their prices, yet do not keep up the quality of service, nor the normal maintanance required (in my opinion) to justify their prices. Why pay more for less when you can pay less for more??”
